A Hunter Safety Class will be held at the range on Saturday, October 10 & 17, 2015. You must attend both days from 11am to 4pm. Registration begins at the range on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 12pm. Hunter Safety Classes are available to anyone 12 years of age or older wishing to obtain a license to hunt with a firearm in the State of New York. Contact the range to register. A Basic Pistol Instruction Class will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 11am to 3pm. This is a lecture class in the use and safe handling of semi-automatic pistols and revolvers as well as nomenclature of firearms. It is recommended
for individuals who have little or no experience with firearms. Especially for those who are interested in applying for a pistol license.
This class is free of charge to members. An HR218 LEOSA Class will be held at at the range on Saturday, October 31, 2015 beginning at 10am. The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) is a United States federal law, enacted in 2004, that allows two classes of persons—the "qualified law enforcement
officer" and the "qualified retired law enforcement officer" -- to carry a concealed firearm in any jurisdiction in the United States, regardless of any state or local law to the contrary, with certain exceptions. Contact the range to register. Fee for this class is $50.00. There will be a $40.00 fee for each additional firearm you choose to qualify with. |
480 Combat Pistol Competition will be held at the range on Saturday, November 7, 2015 beginning at 2pm. This competition is open to any centerfire pistol. Fee for this competition is $18.00. |
