BASIC PISTOL INSTRUCTION CLASS - A Basic Pistol Instruction Class will be held at the range on Saturday, February 20, 2016 from 11am to 3pm. The Basic Pistol Instruction Class is a lecture class in the use and safe handling of semi-automatic pistols and revolvers as well as
nomenclature of firearms. It is recommended for individuals who have little or no experience with firearms. Especially for those who are interested in applying for or recently obtained their pistol license. This class is free of charge to members.
HR218 LEOSA TRAINING COURSE - A HR218 LEOSA Training Class will be held at the
range on Saturday, February 27, 2016 beginning at 10am. The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) is a United States federal law, enacted in 2004, that allows two classes of persons—the "qualified law enforcement officer" and the "qualified retired law enforcement officer" -- to carry a concealed firearm in any jurisdiction in the United States, regardless of any state or local law to the contrary, with certain exceptions. Fee for this class is $50.00. There will be a $40.00 fee for each additional firearm you choose to qualify with.
480 COMBAT PISTOL COMPETITION - A 480 Combat Pistol Competition will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 beginning at 2pm. This shoot is open to any centerfire pistol. Fee for this competition is $18.00. First time shooters are welcome and encouraged. Ask at the range for details and course of
