8 Hour Annual In-Service Training Course for Security Guards 
will be held at the range on Saturday, June 4, 2016 from 9am to 6pm.  All security guards are required to 
complete an 8 Hour Annual In Service Training Course every year.  Fee for this class is $125.00.

8 Hour Annual Firearms Training Course for Armed Security Guards

 will be held at the range on Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 9am to 6pm.  This  course is a review of the 47 Hour Firearms Training Course which includes complete familiarization on with and discussion of, Article 35 of the New York State Penal Law, the nomenclature for all service weapons which the security guard is authorized to carry in the performance of his/her duties. Use of firearms and standard safety precautions will be emphasized. Loading and Unloading, sighting, proper grip, trigger control and effective range of the respective weapons will be covered. All authorized weapons will be fired for familiarization. All service handguns which the security guard is authorized to carry in the performance of his/her duties will be fired for qualification. The course includes ammunition and targets. Fee for this class is $125.00.
